How To Order

  1. You select the desired product required in the correct size, colour and quantity.
  2. Once selection is made for each product click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.
  3. Repeat STEP 2 and 3 if you require additional products.
  4. Once you have selected all required products complete the CHECK OUT process.
  5. Our sales consultants will email or fax you a formal quotation / sales order indicating price, availability and delivery cost (if applicable).
  6. You sign the quotation / sales order and return it to us by email or fax.
  7. Our accounts controllers send you an invoice.
  8. You pay the required amount and send the proof of payment through to us by email or fax.
  9. Once the payment appears in our bank account, you will be notified to collect your order from the applicable branch or we deliver to you.

Returns

Convenient exchanges and returns for 30 days, Domoney Brothers offers to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of invoice, free of charge.

To return an unwanted item which is not defective, the product must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the invoiced date.
  • Undamaged and unused in a saleable condition.
  • In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition.
  • Accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
  • Once we have received your returned product and it has been checked by a Sales Consultant, an exchange for an alternative product or full refund of the price paid will be made.

Please Note:

  • Transport charges for returns (except for faulty goods) are at the customer’s expense.
  • To return an unwanted item after 30 days of the invoiced date, a 20% handling charge will be levied.
  • Items with expiry dates such as safety footwear and respiratory protection may not be returned after 30 days of the invoiced date (except for faulty goods).
  • Items of a non-stock (special order), screen-printed or embroidered nature may not be returned.

To return a defective item, the product must be:

  • Returned within the manufacturer guarantee / warranty period, the period varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, please inquire via email at sales@domoneybros.co.za should you have a defective product.
  • Accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
  • Once we have received your defective product and a sales consultant has confirmed that the product is faulty, a full refund of the price paid will be made.
