Harness Bova Khumba Flame Retardant

Description

This is a rope access and rescue harness with specialized features. The harness has been engineered for those who need to navigate obstacles while ascending or descending from heights; performing a rescue; or working at heights in conditions where multiple functionalities area required.

The waist D-ring acts as the main anchor point while the chest D-ring performs the function of a back-up rope anchor point or attachment point for a vertical or retractable lifeline. The dorsal D-ring enables the wearer to select the correct lanyard attachment for their work requirements, if needed, and the plastic covered buzz loops on the shoulder straps improve safety to the wearer by allowing them to be rescued in confined space scenarios.

The waist belt contains two gear loops where the wearer can attach tools and two D-rings that enable the wearer to attach a work positioning belt, thereby freeing up the wearer’s hands and improving safety whilst working at heights. The webbing has been treated with fire retardant properties to protect the wearer against flammability caused by high heat and sparks. All buckles, D-rings and the carabineer are from Aluminium metal due to their light-weight nature, corrosion resistance and low conductivity properties.

Available in 4 sizes, the harness features fully adjustable straps in the back, shoulder, waist and leg areas, enabling the wearer to customize the fit for enhanced comfort. Comfort is further enhanced through added padding to the leg, waist and shoulder straps enabling pressure to be spread over a larger area.
